There are many situations where a residence (or business location) needs a replacement Optical Network Terminal (ONT) Power Cable. So what should you do and where can you get one from?

In cases with the provider is Chorus, just call you Internet Service Provider (ISP) and let them know your ONT Power Cable is lost or faulty and they will arrange for Chorus to send you a new one – typically at no cost to you.
